Current processing time is 2-5 days.
We do not accept returns/refunds, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order from delivery, please reach out to us via DM/email and provide photos if something broke in transit (of both the box and the crystal). All packages shipped through USPS have $100 of insurance and a claim will need to be filed as they are responsible. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.
We accept personalized requests. If you reach out to us and ask us to look for a specific item for you, we will add it to our list. Once we have procured the item and receive it from our wholesalers; we will reach out to you and provide photos/videos of the item with pricing. You can then let us know if you’d like to claim the item. We refer to this as ‘first dibs’ claims. First dibs claims are only applicable on items that are requested that we have not already ordered or have in stock. Once a decision is made to claim a first dibs item, up to 2 weeks to pay for item is allowed. After two weeks, if the item is not paid for it will be up for sale for others to claim.

How do live sales work/how do I claim during a live sale?
A live sale is an opportunity to interact with our shop and other customers during a live stream while purchasing the crystals of your choice. We usually conduct weekly live sales on TikTok and occasionally Instagram. During a live sale, we will show an item and then we will show the code on the sticker on the bottom of the item. To claim, you need to send the full code through the chat and be the first on our screen to ‘win’ the claim. Disclaimer, you will usually show up first on your screen but may not be first on ours. The number in the code is the price of the item. Claiming is a commitment to pay.
How do I pay for my live sale claims?
Once a live sale ends, we will put up all listings on our website under the ‘live sale listings’ tab. Each listing will be titled the buyers TikTok username and will have a photo of their basket of claims. We also currently offer an itemized description of what exactly is in your box including price of each item. You then add your listing to your cart and check out as normal. Listings are put up on the website within 1-2 hours after the live sale ends. Once listings are up, you have 48 hours to pay for your listing.
What happens if a listing is not paid?
If a buyer fails to pay for their live sale listing, it will result in being blocked by our business page and you will not be able to participate in future live sales. All ‘ghosted’ baskets will be shown at the end of the next live sale.
Do you offer ‘open boxes?’
Yes, we offer open boxes and currently do not have a time limit boxes can be open. To start and open box or continue an open box, use code ‘OPENBOX’ at checkout in the discount section. This will take the shipping cost off and you will only pay for your items. If you would like to close an open box: if closing with a live sale listing, you do not need to reach out to us. We currently will always have your live sale listing charge you for the amount to ship your entire open box. If you are purchasing other items from the website please let us know you would like to close your box in your order note (include your TikTok username) and we will reach out if additional costs are needed. If your open box becomes large enough that we are not sure if it will fit in a USPS large flat rate box, we will let you know to let us know when you’d like to close. That way we can pack your box before you pay so we can charge accurate shipping. If this is not done, we will reach out after you’ve paid for an additional shipping listing. No boxes will be shipped until the appropriate shipping is paid. Closing an open box processing time is currently 2-7 days.
